The Grand Award Ceremony of the 7th edition of the SICA Culinary Olympiad and Food Competition 2025

The Overall Championship Award 2025 for Chef Soundararajan Memorial Trophy winner is The Residency Towers. The second Best Overall Hotel Award was received by Radisson Blu GRT and the Third Best Overall Hotel Award was received by GRAND BY GRT, Chennai. Along with this, Feathers A Radha Hotel won the Best Hotel Participation Award.

Nexus PR CEO Indiran and T. R. Vijayalakshmi were honored with the Best PR Award for the special coverage published on Newspapers, Television, YouTube, and Web portals. The event was held for three days at the SICA Culinary Olympiad and Food Competition 2025 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam.

Along with this, senior chefs and trained chefs from culinary establishments, hotels, bars, and live competitions for students and chefs participated for three days. Selected winners were honoured with gold medals.

The winners of the SICA Culinary Olympiad & Exhibition 2025 were honoured and presented trophies, awards, and medals by the Chief Guest Mr. Sudiptto Chakkraborty, Senior Branch, Nestlé Professional Operations Head (South), Shri Padmasingh Isaac, Founder & Chairman, Aachi Group of Companies, Thiru T. Sathishkumar, Chairman and Managing Director, Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd., in the presence of SICA President Padma Shri Dr. Chef Damodaran K and SICA General Secretary Chef Sheetharam Prasaad at the Radisson Blu GRT, Chennai.
