Zydus Pinkathon Chennai Returns After Seven Years, Bringing Together 3,000+ Women for Fitness and Women’s Health

The much-awaited Zydus Pinkathon Chennai returned after a seven-year hiatus, bringing together more than 3,000 women at Island Grounds for a celebration of fitness, health and empowerment. Featuring races from 3 km to ultra-distance events, the event welcomed runners of all ages and abilities, including cancer survivors, visually impaired athletes, babywearing mothers and senior citizens. The event also highlighted breast cancer awareness through The Easiest Exam campaign and a hair donation initiative supporting cancer patients.
