UEF Trade Summit 2025 Inaugurated by Thiru TRB Rajaa and Presided Over by Dr. Palanivel Thiagarajan, Advancing ‘Unnatha Tamizhagam – 4TN for TN by 2047’
The UEF Trade Summit 2025, held from 12–14 December at the Chennai Trade Centre, was inaugurated by Thiru TRB Rajaa, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Investment Promotion & Commerce, Government of Tamil Nadu, who unveiled the vision of ‘Unnatha Tamizhagam – 4TN for TN by 2047’. Organised by the United Economic Forum (UEF), the three-day summit brought together 20+ industries, 4,000+ delegates, 80 speakers and 200+ stalls, focusing on inclusive growth, startups, innovation and sustainability.
Day two was presided over by Dr. Palanivel Thiagarajan, Hon’ble Minister for IT & Digital Services, GoTN, who highlighted human capital, education reform and bold ideas as drivers of Tamil Nadu’s growth. Key highlights included multiple MoUs, a ₹100 crore entrepreneurship fund, strategic partnerships aligned with UN SDGs, and panel discussions with national and international thought leaders, reinforcing Tamil Nadu’s roadmap towards a $4TN economy by 2047.
