7th Edition SICA Culinary Olympiad 2025
The 7th Edition of the SICA Culinary Olympiad 2025, India’s first WACS-endorsed food competition, was successfully held from 19th to 21st September 2025 at Chennai Trade Centre, alongside the regional edition of AAHAR International Food Fair 2025, Chennai.
This prestigious culinary event brought together over 3000 chefs from South India chapters and 4 international teams from Maldives, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, and Australia. Supported by ITPO and TNTPO, the Olympiad featured live competitions, workshops, and interactive sessions for students, professionals, and hospitality industry experts.
