At the grand Indian Awards 2025, organised by Indian Media Works, leading actor Arun Vijay received the Best Actor Award, while acclaimed actress Regina Cassandra received the Best Actress Award. Senior Actor R. Sarathkumar was conferred with the prestigious Icon of Indian Cinema Award. Additionally, the Outstanding Contribution to Dairy Farmers’ Welfare Award was presented to Honorable Minister for Milk and Dairy Development, Mano Thangaraj.
A press conference regarding the Indian Awards 2025 was held at the Ramada Star Hotel, Guindy, Chennai. During the event, Indian Media Works Founder John Amalan praised actor Yogi Babu, who received his third Indian Award for the Best Comedy Actor. Director Vikraman was honoured with the prestigious Captain Vijayakanth Award.
Several prominent actors, actresses, and film personalities including Madonna Sebastian, Gouri G Kishan, Rajisha Vijayan, Shane Nigam, Preethi Asrani, Siddhi Idani, Athulya Ravi, Sandy and choreographer Kala Master participated in the ceremony and were honoured with awards.
Speaking at the event, Mr.John Amalan stated that the Indian Awards 2025 was conducted on a grand and successful scale. They expressed heartfelt gratitude to all sponsors who supported the event. Special appreciation was extended to Thondan Bala for outstanding celebrity PR work, director Adhiseshan for skillfully directing the event flawlessly , and cinematographer Saravanan Gandhi for his visual excellence.
The Indian Awards 2025 recognised individuals who have made remarkable contributions across cinema, politics, and social service. Distinguished guests including Jeyaseelan IAS, Controller of Defence Accounts, along with several eminent personalities, graced the occasion.
