The much-awaited Thalaivan Virunthu 3.0 made its grand return at Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels, led by the legendary Padma Shri Dr. Chef Damu. Held from July 17 to July 27, 2025, the ten-day culinary festival celebrated the soul of Tamil cuisine with a curated spread of heirloom recipes, rare regional dishes, and timeless flavours that have become synonymous with Chef Damu’s culinary journey.
From a spectacular flash mob entrance to live cooking demonstrations and an evolving dinner menu each evening, the festival brought together tradition, nostalgia, and bold flavours, making it a memorable celebration of South India’s rich gastronomic heritage.
