In a heartwarming initiative aimed at creating unforgettable memories, members of Round Table 100 and 20 successfully conducted such initiatives for the fifth year in a row.
This year, 16 children from Coimbatore were given the opportunity to experience air travel for the very first time. The day began with the children boarding a morning flight from Coimbatore International Airport to Chennai International Airport, marking a milestone moment filled with excitement and wonder.
Upon arrival in Chennai, the children were taken to Phoenix Marketcity, where they enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon packed with engaging activities, games, and entertainment. The joy and enthusiasm of the children reflected the true spirit of the initiative.
The experience continued with a visit to the iconic Besant Nagar Beach, offering the children a chance to unwind by the seaside and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Chennai.
The day will conclude with the children boarding an evening flight back to Coimbatore, completing a full circle of memorable experiences—all within a single day.
This impactful initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Round Table 20 Coimbatore and Round Table 100 Chennai, who have come together consistently for the fifth consecutive year to bring smiles and create meaningful experiences for underprivileged children.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives from the organizing tables expressed their commitment to continuing such initiatives that inspire, uplift, and provide exposure to children who may not otherwise have access to such opportunities.
