Chennais Amirta Group of Institutions hosted the Chennais Amirta Carving Competition 2026 featuring 40 students across campuses. Chief Guest Chef Yang Xinquan (WACS Certified Judge) conducted an advanced training session and praised students’ international-level precision, creativity, and faculty mentorship. Winners: Arjun LR (1st), S. K. Prithvi Raj (2nd), Shahnaz Shaik (3rd), with special awards to Ganagana Sushma Sai Latha, Rajani Hemasree, and BalaMaina Bhagya Shree. The event also highlighted global achievements including Culinary Olympics gold medals and HOTELEX China Best Overseas Award. Chairman R.
